Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Plans differ primarily by data allowance, not by the number of devices.
Choose based on how you use it
If you visit international websites, work with online materials, or stream every month, compare the monthly plan allowances. For occasional use—or a period of activity followed by a break—unused data in a data pack remains available when the month changes.
Monthly plans: data for regular use
Monthly plans suit users with a fairly consistent routine. When choosing a tier, check the data usage recorded in your user panel rather than estimating based only on device count. Video quality, downloads, cloud syncing, and background updates all affect usage. Browsing text and streaming video for the same amount of time can use very different amounts of data.
Light use
Monthly plan · 60GB
¥9.9/month
A good fit for reading web pages, researching, and text-based communication. If you only occasionally visit international websites, start here and compare the allowance with your actual usage.
60GB of data per month
Unlimited devices
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
This is a smaller allowance, so continuous streaming, large file transfers, and automatic syncing may not all fit within a light-use pattern. Check your remaining data regularly after connecting.
A good fit for users who switch between research, AI tools, and occasional streaming. The larger allowance than the light-use tier can accommodate a wider range of everyday work and leisure activities.
250GB of data per month
Unlimited devices
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
This monthly plan still has a data limit. Adjust your usage based on actual consumption when streaming for long periods or downloading large files.
A good fit for users who regularly work with online media, watch videos, or use international routes across multiple devices. The larger allowance gives you more room for data-intensive tasks.
500GB of data per month
Unlimited devices
7-day, no-questions-asked refunds
A higher tier does not make every website faster or provide unlimited data. Performance still depends on the route you choose, your local network, and the destination service.
Data packs are not billed by time, making them a good fit for irregular usage or for users who want to keep unused data. Compare the expected usage and budget when choosing, rather than whether you can use the full allowance each month. Non-expiring refers to the validity of the remaining data; it does not replenish the allowance or provide unlimited use.
Occasional connections
Non-expiring data pack · 300GB
¥158/pack
A good fit if your usage varies and you mainly need occasional access to online materials or temporary connections. Keep unused data for later instead of feeling you need to use it before the month ends.
300GB total
Lasts until used; never expires
Unlimited devices
This is a total allowance, not a monthly top-up. If your usage becomes frequent and ongoing, compare the monthly plan rules and budget again.
A good fit for users whose tasks come in stages and vary in duration. Research, online collaboration, and occasional streaming all draw from the same total allowance; unused data remains available.
1000GB total
Lasts until used; never expires
Unlimited devices
The total allowance alone does not determine whether this is the right choice. If your usage is steady and concentrated, compare monthly plans too, rather than choosing solely for the larger allowance.
A good fit if you have usage records and want to set aside a larger data allowance. Choose this once you understand your needs, rather than before verifying your devices and routes.
3000GB total
Lasts until used; never expires
Unlimited devices
A larger total allowance does not change the conditions for connecting to a route. Before paying, confirm your usual devices, destination services, and how to import the configuration into your client.
When choosing a tier, focus on the data allowance and usage period. The features below are shared across plans and do not depend on choosing a higher data tier. See the route list for available routes and the quick-start guide for connection instructions.
International route coverage
110+ countries / 250+ routes. Choose an exit region that fits the destination service; geographic proximity alone is not a reliable guide. Start with the regions you use most, then compare connection performance between routes in the same region.
Cross-platform device support
Unlimited devices, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Download clients and get subscription details through the user panel after signing in. Availability on iOS depends on the conditions shown in the panel.
Encryption and help
Bank-grade encryption, with guides, a help center, and support tickets. When reporting an issue, include your operating system, client status, and the routes you have tried to help with troubleshooting. Do not include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.
Compare monthly plans and data packs
First decide whether you need data to reset monthly, then consider the allowance. No single tier is presented as the best choice for everyone: the same data allowance can mean different things for regular and occasional users.

Payment methods
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
Route speeds do not increase in proportion to the data allowance. Test the connection with the same device, a similar network environment, and the same destination service before deciding whether to change tiers. Do not attribute differences caused by network conditions alone to plan pricing.
Payment methods and order check
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT
In the user panel, choose a monthly plan or data pack, then confirm the plan name, price, and data allowance. Pay using one of the methods available at checkout. Do not change the amount based on another order or an old page.
When paying with USDT, verify the network, recipient details, and amount shown at checkout. The current order page is authoritative. No static payment address or assumed exchange rate or additional payment condition is provided here.
After payment, return to the user panel to confirm the order status has updated and check your plan and data allowance. Then go to the client downloads section to get the client and subscription details, and follow the guide to import them. Keep your subscription details secure; do not share them publicly.
If you have paid but the page has not updated, keep your order details and payment receipt, then check the panel status. Do not pay again just because the interface has not changed. If you need help checking the payment, open a support ticket with the payment method, order details, and page message. Submit this information through a ticket while signed in.
No email address is required to get started. Sign up with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. You will need the same account to view orders, get subscription details, and submit support tickets.
Y5VPN offers refunds within 7 days, no questions asked. We recommend testing the connection soon after activation on your usual devices and network, including client setup, choosing a destination region, and accessing the services you use. That way, your devices are set up before you need them.
To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Clearly explain your request and include the relevant order details. If your account has multiple orders, specify which one you want reviewed to avoid confusion. The Terms of Service contain the full applicable policy.
After submitting your request, check for a reply in the same ticket and provide any additional information requested. Do not share payment receipts publicly or provide your password or full subscription link. Refund arrival times depend on payment processing; no additional timeframe is guaranteed on this page. Check the ticket in the panel for updates.
How much does Y5VPN cost? What monthly plans and data packs are available?
Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they never expire and last until used. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Before choosing, compare monthly plans with data packs, which are used by allowance rather than by month.
How many devices can I use with one account?
There is no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Device count does not determine plan tiers. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; keep an eye on your account balance as connected devices use data.
How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?
Refunds are available within 7 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain your request, and include the relevant order details. Check the full refund policy in the Terms of Service before applying. Follow up in the same ticket; processing and arrival times depend on the outcome of your request.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user panel and confirm the order amount. Select a payment method at checkout and follow the instructions. After paying, check your order status and account balance. If the status has not updated, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket.
When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade mid-cycle?
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your current plan, data balance, and reset date in the user panel, then review the updated order details. An upgrade does not simply add a full month’s data allowance.
Who are non-expiring data packs best suited for?
Data packs last until used and never expire, making them a good fit if your usage varies and you want to keep any unused data. They are based on data usage and do not reset monthly. If you use the service frequently over the long term, compare your actual usage with the monthly plan allowances before choosing. Non-expiring does not mean unlimited data.
